Terms of Use — ChinUp (Experimental Research Project)

ChinUp is an independent, experimental research-stage desktop application. By downloading or using this software, you agree to the following terms in full:

• Experimental software. ChinUp is provided solely for personal, research, and educational purposes. It is not production software. Features may change or stop working at any time without notice.
• Third-party platform risk. ChinUp may interact with third-party platforms through your own authenticated browser session running locally on your device. You are solely responsible for how you use those platforms. Excessive, automated, or abusive usage may violate those platforms' Terms of Service. The developer accepts zero responsibility for any account restriction, suspension, or permanent ban imposed by any third-party platform as a result of your use of this application.
• Your data stays on your device. ChinUp does not transmit, collect, store, or share your credentials, cookies, session tokens, or any personal data with the developer or any third party. All data remains exclusively on your local machine.
• No affiliation. ChinUp is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any third-party platform, service, or company whose data it may access through your own session.
• No warranty. This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no representations regarding fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of data, account access, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use this software.
• Acceptance. By downloading or using ChinUp, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
